About the Opportunity
We are hiring Service Advisors for the customer service operations of a leading global airline.
This opportunity is specifically open to freshers who have strong English communication skills and want to begin their professional career in an international customer service environment.
As a Service Advisor, you will interact with international airline customers over inbound calls and assist them with their flight bookings and travel-related requirements. Comprehensive process training will be provided to help selected candidates understand airline reservations, customer service procedures, and booking-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from international airline customers.
Assist customers with flight reservation and booking-related queries.
Support customers with flight changes, cancellations, and booking modifications.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding available options and applicable policies.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
Accurately update customer and booking information as required.
Follow established customer service, quality, and process guidelines.
Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
Deliver a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Freshers can apply.
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
English Communication: Strong spoken English with a minimum B2+ communication level.
Additional Allowances
Attendance Allowance: Up to ₹4,400 per month
₹200 per eligible working day.
Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹4,400 per month
₹200 per eligible night-shift working day.
Allowances are subject to applicable attendance, shift, and company policies.
